Injection Systems

Injection system repairs involve pumping cement, epoxy, polyurethane or acrylate based resins/grouts into damaged concrete structures to seal leaks and repair structural weaknesses. Injection systems provide an ideal solution for sealing leaks in critical concrete, masonry and natural stone structures, forming a new permanent watertight seal to help extend the structure’s service life. Injection systems are frequently used to consolidate fractured rock when mining and tunnelling. 

Cracking in concrete structures is inevitable with the extent of the cracks dependent on a variety of factors. These factors can include shrinkage during curing, temperature changes causing movement in the structure, excessive moisture, mechanical overload and foundation settlement. Injection systems solve these problems, as the products restore structural integrity or design strength to the concrete substrate, eliminate spalling caused by thermal changes, prevent steel corrosion, and stop water leakage.
